Enjoying a hilltop location, Villa Bergzauber (completely renovated in 2016) is in Roßleithen overviewing Windischgarsten in southern Upper Austria. The family-run hotel has a seasonal heated outdoor pool with salt water, a sauna and infrared cabin.

All 13 rooms (accommodating up to 46 guests) are non-smoking, fitted with a flat-screen TV and reachable by elevator. Rooms are modern yet retaining the charm of the old building.
We have two different room types: Suites and Superior Rooms.

The new banquet hall with large window fronts offers seating for up to 200 guests. With its flexible middle wall, it is also a nice option for smaller groups with up to 60 guests.

The historic “Herrenzimmer”, which is also the heart of the villa is characterized by an elaborately carved wooden ceiling, wall paneling in the entire room, oak parquet and lead slice panes, antique furniture, and a tiled stove. It is 60m² in size and offers space for up to 40 people, depending on the seating arrangement.

If the wedding party is larger than 40 people, the ballroom right next to the Villa Bergzauber sits up to 200 guests. Smaller guest groups can use half of the room which fits between 40 and 70 guests depending on seating arrangement.

The parklike property with its beautiful view of the Windischgarstner Valley as well as the highest mountains of the region and suits perfectly for outdoor ceremonies as well as receptions and pictures.

Free private parking is available on site. Dogs are welcome upon request along with a EUR 10,00 cleaning fee per night.
